What's included in a free site plan?
Huginn offers a free, no-obligation site plan before any design work starts. Here's exactly what that means — and what it doesn't.
What you receive
After a short enquiry (or call), you'll get a written outline covering:
- Recommended pages — what your site should include based on your business and goals
- Structure and flow — how visitors move from landing to enquiry or purchase
- Feature list — forms, booking, CMS, integrations, or custom functionality
- Package fit — Starter, Growth, or Pro, and why
- Cost range — realistic quote, not a bait number
- Timeline — how long the build would take at that scope
What it is not
- Not a full design mockup — that comes after you sign off the plan
- Not a binding contract — you're not committing to a build
- Not a generic template proposal — it's scoped to your business
Why we do it this way
Most website projects go wrong when scope is vague. Design starts before anyone agrees what the site needs to do, and costs blow out at handover. A site plan fixes that upfront — same logic as a builder's quote before demolition starts.
How long it takes
Usually back within two business days. Complex projects (SaaS, portals, multi-region) may need a short call first to understand integrations and technical requirements.
What happens if you don't proceed
Nothing. No hard sell. You keep the plan and can use it with any developer — or come back when timing is right. Several clients use the plan internally to brief their team before approving budget.
How to request one
Fill in the contact form on the homepage with your business type and a short description of what you need. We'll reply with the site plan outline by email.
